To the products

What are these waves on my Laybel?

The colors are applied one after the other in layers. In order to represent all the colors in the different exposures, this "layered" or "wave-like" effect occurs in your image. This enables the high level of detail and the unique look of your layer!

I see tiny threads on my picture, what is that?

Due to the extremely high level of detail in our images, these threads sometimes appear in some places due to the constant movement of the print head.

The tiny threads, which are as thin as hair, are largely removed by us during post-processing.

Why are some designs larger than others?

Of course, depending on the design, the format of the design is also different.

We decided to use the format or size that best suits the respective design.

This way we can ensure that no details are lost! (It's not just the size that matters)

your label

How do I make my own picture into an individual label?

You can either send us your desired design in advance via our contact form or by email to info@laybel.at or upload it directly when you place your order using the upload button.

I'm not sure. Can I see my design before I buy it?

In short: Yes! Send us your desired design via our contact form or to info@laybel.at and we will send you the pre-made laybel from our design software within a few working days! You can also take a look at the laybels already made by our community beforehand :).

Is the request free of charge?

Yes. We do not charge you for your request. However, we ask that you send us the images that you really want! We reserve the right to charge a fee for excessive use or spam, etc.

My finished label looks different than expected!

Please note: We will send you a PRELIMINARY result! During production, deviations may occur! A finished image in your hand looks different than a digital one on the screen ;).

Do I have a guarantee on my individual label?

If you have any problems, please contact us immediately! You can find more information in our terms and conditions .

handling

How robust is my image?

Our pictures are very stable and can withstand a lot! Unfortunately, heat is not one of them 🔥. DO NOT place them in warm places! For example: on a windowsill, next to/above a heater, on a hot surface, right next to a vent, or similar...

What happens if it gets too hot?

If the temperature is too high (e.g. from a radiator or direct sunlight), your Laybel can become severely deformed.

How does the stand work?

Your easel stand is just the right eye-catcher to make an artist's heart beat faster! It's included free with every order!

Your easel stand consists of 2 parts: the easel frame and the rod for stabilization. The rod is angled at the bottom so that it stands straight on your surface. Simply hang the rod in the upper mesh.

Make sure the angled part is facing the table surface.
